The 30-hour program includes the following issues:

  • barista equipment
  • pressure coffee machine - construction, parameters, types, maintenance
  • grinder - construction, types, settings
  • coffee preparation and serving technique: espresso, espresso doppio, ristretto, lungo
  • coffee accessories - chocolate (mocha), ice cream (espresso affogato), whipped cream, sauces
  • collection of receivables, settlement of takings
  • customer service
