- pressure coffee machine - construction, parameters, types, maintenance
- grinder - construction, types, settings
- coffee preparation and serving technique: espresso, espresso doppio, ristretto, lungo
- coffee accessories - chocolate (mocha), ice cream (espresso affogato), whipped cream, sauces
- collection of receivables, settlement of takings
- customer service
