Syllabus:

The 30-hour program includes the following issues:

  • bar equipment
  • drink recipes - making
  • beverage mixing techniques
  • technique of preparing and serving beverages, including:
  • cold and hot soft drinks
  • alcoholic beverages,
  • working with shakers
  • matching appropriate alcoholic beverages to food.
  • selection of glassware for drinks.
  • aesthetics of serving drinks
  • organization and technique of work in a cocktail bar
  • customer service culture
